Home Show 2006

On March 3-5, Regional Planning participated in Home Show 2006 at the Halifax Forum Complex.  Located in the show's "Cleaner, Greener" section, the booth provided residents and visitors an opportunity to learn more about the "cleaner, greener" aspects of the draft Regional Plan. 

The booth featured information about MetroLink, the Halifax HarbourLink Project and the Active Transportation Plan.  Hundreds of residents picked up a copy of HRM's new Bicycle Map as well as Metro Transit schedules and route maps.

Congratulations to the winner of our give-away basket containing Metro Transit tickets, MetroLink mugs and hats, and Alfreda Withrow's book "One City - Many Communities"!
