Halifax Regional Municipality offers a convenient Pre-Authorized Payment Program to taxpayers.

Alternate payment methods:

1. Pay your property tax bill through PC Banking - for your convenience listed below are the website addresses supplied to us by the financial institutions offering this service:

   Each financial institution will have a different method to register; therefore, contact your local branch if you have any questions.
   Pay through telebanking with your financial institution. Again, you will have to contact your local branch if you have registration inquiries. Please use your assessment number as your reference number.
   Pay at any automated bank machine or financial institution - please provide a copy of your bill for payment confirmation purposes and to ensure proper posting to your account. There may be fees applied by your financial institution for this service.
   Pay at any one of our Customer Service Centres during their business hours.

2. Pay at any one of the following drop-off box locations if paying via cheque or money order:
