In order to use this system you will need the following minimum browser requirements:

Windows:
• Internet Explorer v5.5 or greater with 128 bit encryption
• Netscape v4.7 or greater with 128 bit encryption

Mac:
• Internet Explorer v5.x or greater with 128 bit encryption
• Netscape v4.6 or greater with 128 bit encryption
• Safari v1.0 or greater with 128 bit encryption

You will also need the following technologies enabled:
• Javascript
• Cookies

Note for Mac - Safari Browser Users:

The parking ticket payment system uses a "cookie" (a small text file that is stored on your computer) to track how long you have been in the system, and to disconnect you if the timeout period has expired. This is a safety precaution to not allow your personal information (including CC #) to remain on the screen for an extended period of time.

For this service to work in the Safari browser you must set the Safari -> Preferences -> Security -> Cookies option to “Always”. The options of “Never allow cookies” and “Accept cookies only from sites you navigate to” are not sufficient to enable this security measure to function properly.

Once you have completed this process, you should restore your setting to what it was previously. It would not be recommended to leave the setting to "Always" for general Internet browsing.
