A $300 deposit payable by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express and a signed copy of St. Mary's Boat Club rental agreement is required when booking.
St. Mary’s Boat Club is open year round.
Full day rental:
$700 + special event fees + $300 refundable security deposit*
$70/hr. or $560 full day
50% off all day Sunday or Wednesday evenings (alcohol free)
*Required at time of booking. Returned 5 business days after event provided there is no damage to facility and all guidelines are respected.
Inside the facility's main floor is accessible. However, there is no barrier free path of travel from the parking lot to inside the facility. The Boat House in not accessible.
Monday to Thursday events require a 30-day notice of cancellation to receive the full deposit refund.
Friday to Saturday events require a 3-month notice of cancellation to receive the full deposit refund.
Due to our location in a residential neighborhood, we may monitor sound levels at our events. Windows and doors must remain closed on the north side of the building and building monitors may measure the sound level from time to time. Live music is permitted during Friday and Saturday events only. Due to our location in a residential neighborhood, all rentals must end at midnight, with no exceptions. At midnight, music must be turned off.
St. Mary’s Boat Club is a non-smoking facility.
