Pavement Factors

Road conditions are generally good along this section. Parallel drain grates are located at the north sides of the Cogswell Street intersection.

Location factors

There is metered parking on the west side between Cogswell Street and Portland Place and non-meter parking on the east side, with no parking permitted between four and six P.M. in this area. There are two traffic lanes. Land use is high density residential on the east side, with some medium density and low density residential uses on the west side.

The single northbound lane is approximately 6.5 meters wide to Cornwallis Street. The southbound lane is approximately 7 meters wide with through, right, and left turn lanes at Cogswell Street, beginning approximately 24 meters from the intersection.
