CYCLING
Brunswick Street Assessment
Duke Street to Cogswell Street

Pavement Factors

Road surface conditions are generally good on this segment. There is no major cracking or wearing except along the gutter, which is not always level with the road surface. Parallel drain grates were found at the Cogswell Street intersection on both sides.

Location Factors

Land use is a mixture of high density residential, institutional, and commercial. There is no parking between Rainnie Drive to 1888 Brunswick on the west side. There is metered parking in front of Brunswick Towers on the east side and a northbound bus bay south of Cogswell Street. Traffic signals are located at both the Cogswell Street and Duke Street intersections.
