As individuals we are unique in how we think, how we engage with others and how we deal with differences of opinion. Understanding mechanisms that cause conflict and the impact of behaviours can open up new opportunities and view conflict as an opportunity.

This session will provide opportunities to share your thought, your experiences. Thinking back to a time when things were different in your community or neighbourhood… What was different, and why? Why did it work, if so why? Who was involved?

Appreciative Inquiry

Has your group become unproductive, task not moving from one meeting to another, problems dealing difficult members. So often we start meetings, workshops etc. with what’s not working and in most cases there’s no progress. Why not try a new method. An appreciative inquiry approach will ensure you progress. In this workshop you will work through group scenarios using an appreciative approach.
