For more information on the draft Centre Plan Package A visit the webpage. Incorporating policies and regulations for Downtown Dartmouth commercial core into the Centre Plan will result in an updated, clearer and more predictable planning framework for the area.

Centre Plan - Next Steps
On July 25, 2018 the Community Design Advisory Committee (CDAC) completed its review of comments and submissions received through the engagement process on draft Package A. The Centre Plan team will return to the Community Design Advisory Committee in early 2019 with the next draft of the Package A documents.
