Case 19722 - Melville Ridge, 15 Shoreham Lane, halifax


On September 19th, Regional Council approved amendments to the Halifax Municipal Planning Strategy and the Halifax Mainland Land Use By-law, to allow neighbourhood commercial uses and some local commercial uses at an existing building at 15 Shoreham Lane. At a future date, Halifax and West Community Council will consider an amending development agreement to allow additional commercial uses at 15 Shoreham Lane.
