• 2309 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces; and
• 52 underground parking spaces.

Status
The application has been reviewed and is moving forward with public consultation. An open house was held on June 7, 2017, from 6:30 - 8:30, at the Halifax Forum in the Maritime Hall. This application then went to Halifax Peninsula Planning Advisory Committee on June 26, 2017 for their review.
Once an amendment to the development agreement is negotiated, Staff will complete a report providing a recommendation on whether Halifax and West Community Council should consider approving the proposed amending development agreement. Prior to any considerations on this matter, Community Council is required under the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter to hold a Public Hearing. At that time, an additional opportunity for public feedback is provided. Notices of the date, time and location of the Hearing will be advertised in the future. Please note that Public Hearings are a formal process and the procedures for the meetings are found in Administrative Order One.
