The subject site is located at the northern end of Lynnett Road, Autumn Drive, and McIntosh Street in the community of Spryfield. The site is designated RDD under the Mainland South Secondary Planning Strategy [SPS] and zoned RDD [Residential Development District] with a small portion zoned R-4 [Multiple Dwelling Zone] under the Halifax Mainland Land Use By-law [LUB].
The subject site is approximately 10.6 acres in size. The proposal consists of a four storey apartment building containing 50 residential units and 72 outdoor parking stalls accessed from Lynnett road, and 23 townhouse units and 6 single family dwellings accessed from McIntosh Road.
