The applicant has submitted a request to rezone these lands and enter into a development agreement to allow 39 single unit dwellings and a 39 multi-unit residential building. The property is currently designated Urban Residential and zoned R-1 [Single Unit Dwelling] under the Timberlea/Lakeside/Beechville Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law.
