The property is currently designated Urban Residential and zoned R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling) under the Timberlea/Lakeside/Beechville Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-Law. The Applicant is requesting the property be rezoned to CDD (Comprehensive Development District).
