The subject site is located within the Lower Sackville community and has frontage on Cobequid Road. The applicant has submitted a request to enter into a development agreement to allow for an addition to the existing building and to permit the sales and installation of truck, van, and trailer accessories such as racks and caps. The property is designated Rural Residential under the Sackville Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Zoned P-2 (Community Facility) under the Sackville Land Use By-law (LUB). Commercial uses are not permitted under the P-2 Zone; however, this application may be considered through enabling Policy UR-24 of the MPS.
This application is being considered through the Development Agreement Process.
