Application by Armco Capital Inc. to rezone portions of PIDs 00325985, 00330803, 00330811, 40019028 and 40414831 off the Herring Cove Road, known as Green Acres Subdivision, from R-1 (Single Family Dwelling) Zone to R-2 (Two Family Dwelling) Zone.
The applicant’s proposal is to change the permitted land use from single unit dwelling to two unit dwellings on portions of 5 parcels of land within an approved concept for subdivision, known as Green Acres, in Spryfield. If approved the total number of dwelling units would increase from 978 units to approximately 1051.
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal and include information related to the concept plan (area proposed to be rezoned in dark grey) and a traffic impact study.
The application will be considered under the Rezoning process.
Staff are undertaking a detailed review of the application.
