The applicant wishes to develop a 4 storey, 36 unit mixed use development at the corner of Cobequid Road and Glendale Drive in Lower Sackville. The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:
• Building footprint of 9540 square feet;
• Underground parking for 43 vehicles;
• At-grade commercial area of 3090 square feet;
• Total rentable residential area of 24,915 square feet;
• Indoor amenity area of 1215 square feet;
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal in detail, and include information related to the site plan (including site access and landscaping), parking layout, floorplates, and elevations.
