Application by Canadian International Capital Inc. requesting non-substantial amendments to an existing development agreement to allow for bare land condominium single family homes at lands off Thorngrove Lane (PID 41327842) and Stoneway Lane (PID 41327834), Timberlea.
The subject properties are located within the mixed-use Brunello Estates development. The development agreement currently permits condominium townhouse style development on each of the subject lands but the property owner wishes to change the permitted housing type to single unit dwellings. This change will result in a decrease of units. The existing agreement permits a maximum of nine (9) townhouse units on PID 41327834 (Block 2) and twelve (12) townhouse units on PID 41327842 (Block 3). The applicant is proposing five (5) single unit dwellings on PID 41327834 (Block 2) and seven (7) single unit dwellings on PID 41327842 (Block 3).
Staff is undertaking a detailed review of the application.
