The applicant’s proposal is to place an additional surface parking lot for the residents of 26, 51, and 56 Jacob Lane, Halifax. The Development Plans (provided below) outlines the development proposal.
The application will be considered under the substantive amendment to Development Agreement process.
Staff are undertaking a detailed review of the application.
