Application by Michael Napier Architecture Inc. to discharge an existing development agreement and enter into a new development agreement for a six (6) storey mixed-use commercial and residential building at 169 Wyse Road, Dartmouth.
The applicant wishes to discharge an existing agreement which permits the construction of a mixed use commercial and residential building having a maximum height of ten (10) storeys and a maximum eighty (80) dwelling units.
In conjunction with the discharge of the existing development agreement, the applicant is proposing entering into a new development agreement for a six (6) storey mixed-use commercial and residential building having a maximum of seventy-nine (79) residential units and 2,700 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
The property is zoned C-2 (General Business) under the Dartmouth Land Use Bylaw and is designated Commercial under the Dartmouth Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS). The proposal is being considered under Policy IP-5 of the Dartmouth MPS.
The application will be considered under the Development Agreement process
