A public hearing for Case 21539 will be held by Halifax and West Community Council on Wednesday, June 5 at 6:00 pm at Halifax City Hall (Council Chambers), 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax, NS.
Application by Leeward Properties Ltd. requesting to amend a Development Agreement for a registered heritage property located at 6247 Jubilee Road to permit the construction of an addition at the rear of the building.
The applicant has requested to amend a development agreement with HRM for the subject property. The property is developed with an existing two storey building with a medical office on the ground floor and a dwelling unit on the second floor. The requested amendments to the development agreement would permit the construction of an addition to rear of the building. The lot is a municipally registered heritage property.

Written submissions should be received by the Municipal Clerk’s office as early as possible and not later than 3:00 p.m. pm on June 5, 2019. For any written submissions exceeding three standard letter sized pages in length, ten copies must be supplied to the Municipal Clerk’s office.
