Application by Sunrose Land Use Consulting, on behalf of the property owner, requesting substantive amendments to an existing development agreement to allow an additional 10 residential units and a commercial gym on the ground floor at 56 Walter Havill Drive, Halifax.
Proposal
The subject property is governed by the Stanley Park Development Agreement which was approved by Community Council in 1990. The applicant is requesting that the development agreement be amended to permit 10 additional residential units and a commercial gym on the ground floor of 56 Walter Havill Drive, Halifax.
Process
The application will be considered under the Substantive Amendment Development Agreement process.
Status
Adjacent property owners will be notified of the proposal by mail. A sign will be posted by the applicant on the subject site advertising the intent to amend the development agreement. Staff will undertake a detailed review of the application prior to sending a recommendation report to Halifax and West Community Council.
