Application by WM Fares Architects for substantive amendments to an existing development agreement on lands at Civic 60 Armstrong Court, Halifax to allow a 7-storey addition to an existing multi-unit residential building.
The proposal is to enable a 7-storey addition to an existing multi-unit residential building at 60 Armstrong Court. The building shares a parking lot and landscaped area with the adjacent building at Civic #50. The existing buildings were approved by development agreement in 1992/ ‘93.
The application will be considered under the Development Agreement amendment process.
Information postcards will be mailed to neighbouring residents in January of 2019, seeking feedback on the proposal.
Documents Submitted for Evaluation
The applicant has submitted plans and studies required by HRM staff to properly evaluate the application. The documents are also available for review at the Planning Applications office in Downtown Dartmouth.
