WSP Canada Inc. is applying to rezone lands at 20 Sea King Drive, Dartmouth to TH (Townhouse) Zone and to amend the lot coverage requirement for the TH Zone, for lands located at 20 Sea King Drive, Dartmouth.
The applicant is proposing to development 103 townhouse units on a vacant parcel of land, located at 20 Sea King Drive (PID 40789323) in Dartmouth. To enable this development, the applicant is requesting the townhouse zone and is also requesting to amend the lot coverage requirement for the townhouse zone. The lot coverage in the zone is currently 35% and the applicant is requesting 55%.
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal in detail, and include information related to buildings, site layout, driveway access, and street network.
The application will be considered under the land use by-law amendment process.
The application has been circulated for internal review and staff are presently undertaking a detailed review of the proposal. Once internal review comments have been collected staff will schedule a public information meeting.

The applicant has submitted plans and studies required by HRM staff to properly evaluate the application. The documents are also available for review at the Planning Applications office in Downtown Dartmouth.
