The applicant is requesting to rezone the lands to the CDD (Comprehensive Development District) Zone to enable the request to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for a 66-unit residential subdivision with a mix of townhouses and single unit dwellings. The proposed development is to be accessed from Elm Grove Avenue and St. Margarets Bay Road and includes proposed parkland.
The application will be considered under the Rezoning and Development Agreement process.
