The subject property is designated Urban Residential (UR) under the Timberlea/Lakeside/Beechville Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and zoned R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling) under the Timberlea/Lakeside/Beechville Land Use By-law.
The applicant is requesting to rezone the lands to the CDD (Comprehensive Development District) Zone to enable the request to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for a 67-unit residential subdivision with a mix of townhouses and single unit dwellings. The proposed development is to be accessed from Elm Grove Avenue and Myra Road.
The application will be considered under the Rezoning and Development Agreement process.

A virtual public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. All oral and written submissions will be considered at that time. This meeting will occur in a virtual setting and attending in person is not possible. These submissions are distributed to all Councillors and considered at the time of their decision.
