Application by Zwicker Zareski Architecture and Planning requesting to rezone and enter into a development agreement to allow for multi-lot residential development on lands off Elm Grove Avenue, Timberlea (PIDs: 40143380, 40162547, 40162588, 40162406, 40162513, 40162471, 40162430, 40162398, and 40143299).
Proposal
The subject property is designated Urban Residential (UR) under the Timberlea/Lakeside/Beechville Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and zoned R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling) under the Timberlea/Lakeside/Beechville Land Use By-law.
The applicant is requesting to rezone the lands to the CDD (Comprehensive Development District) Zone to enable the request to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for a 67-unit residential subdivision with a mix of townhouses and single unit dwellings. The proposed development is to be accessed from Elm Grove Avenue and Myra Road.

The application will be considered under the Rezoning and Development Agreement process.
