WM Apartments Limited is requesting a non-substantive amendment to an existing development agreement for lands at 249-251 and 247 Windmill Road in Dartmouth, to allow an extension to the commencement of development date identified in the existing development agreement. The existing development agreement allows a 12 storey multi-unit dwelling with 103 units.
The existing development agreement required construction on the Lands to commence by January 21, 2015. The property owner is requesting to extend the commencement of development date, under sec. 8.3 of the existing development agreement, by three (3) years and an extension of the completion date by six (6) years from the date of registration of the amending agreement.
The application will be considered under the Non-Substantive Amendment to Development Agreement.
