Application by Fathom Studio, on behalf of the property owner, requesting to enter into a development agreement on lands at 112 and 114 Wyse Road, Dartmouth to allow for a 19-storey mixed-use building.
The subject property is designated Commercial (C) under the Dartmouth Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and zoned R-4 (Multiple Family Residential) Zone and C-2 (General Business) Zone under the Dartmouth Land Use Bylaw. The proposal is being considered under Policy IP-5 of the Dartmouth MPS.
The applicant is proposing a redevelopment consisting of:
- 19 storey mixed-use building;
- Ground floor commercial (~16,000 square feet);
- A total of 129 residential units (26% 2-bedroom units); and
- Underground parking (104 parking stalls)
The applicant submitted material (provided below) which outlines the development proposal in detail, including project renderings, site plan, building drawings, and a Traffic Impact Study.
The application will be considered under the Development Agreement process
