Toucan Industries Limited is requesting a non-substantive amendment to an existing development agreement for lands at 181 Pleasant Street in Dartmouth. The requested amendment would extend the dates of commencement and completion required by the existing development agreement.
The existing development agreement allows a 6-storey, 53-unit dwelling.
The existing development agreement requires construction on the Lands to commence by February 28, 2020, and be completed by February 28, 2023. The applicant is requesting a one-year extension to both of these dates.
