Lambie Construction Inc. is requesting a non-substantive amendment to an existing development agreement for lands at Evergreen Drive, Cole Harbour (PIDs 40414633 & 00389552). The requested amendment would extend the dates of commencement required by the existing development agreement.
The existing development agreement allows a 16-unit townhouse development.
The existing development agreement requires construction on the Lands to commence by August 11, 2018. The applicant is requesting a one-year extension to this date.
Staff are undertaking a detailed review of the application.
