W.M. Fares is applying to rezone lands located at 48 and 50 Old Sambro Road, Halifax from R-2P to R-3 to enable the development of a multi-unit dwelling.
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal in detail, and include information related to how the proposal will meet the requirements of the land use by-law, traffic impacts and servicing capacity.
The application will be considered under the rezoning process.
Currently, this application is at the review team stage of the process where the request is reviewed by internal municipal staff from Development Engineering, Building Standards, Civic Addressing, Development Officer and Fire Protection Services as well as externally by Halifax Water.
