Application by Zagros Nova Home Development Limited requesting to discharge an existing development agreement on lands at the corner of Wyse Road and Pelzant Street, Dartmouth (PID 00045351).
If the existing development agreement is discharged, development on the site will be regulated by the development rules in the Regional Centre Land Use By-law.
The application will be considered under the Development Agreement Discharge process.

The Harbour East Marine Drive Community Council (HEMDCC) will decide whether to approve or deny the application based on the Regional Centre Secondary Municipal Planning Strategy. The HEMDCC can approve the discharge by simple resolution and is not required to hold a public hearing.
The subject site is located in District 5 – Dartmouth Centre.
