Provident Developments is applying to amend the Bedford Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and Bedford Land Use By-law (LUB), to redesignate 110 Waterfront Drive from Waterfront Comprehensive Development District (WFCDD) to Residential (R), and rezone it from Waterfront Comprehensive Development District (WFCDD) to Residential Single Unit (RSU).
The applicant wishes to construct a new single unit dwelling at 110 Waterfront Drive, Bedford. The MPS and LUB amendments are required to facilitate the development as the existing policy currently only allows for a townhouse or multi-unit development on the site, with a minimum of three units.

The application will be considered under the Municipal Planning Strategy Amendment and Development Agreement process.
