Proposal
The applicant wishes to construct two multi-unit dwellings at the site. The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:

This proposal is requested through enabling Policy UR-8 of the Sackville Municipal Planning Strategy which requires any development of multi-unit buildings over 6-units to be considered through the development agreement process and decided on by Community Council. In considering such requests, Community Council evaluates items such as:

• Height, massing, and appearance;
• Site design and landscaping;
• Amenity space;
• Traffic impacts; and
• Adequacy of surrounding services (sewer, water, recreation, transit, etc.)
Process
The application will be considered under the development agreement process.
