The applicant has asked to remove a previously approved development agreement from 2158, 2160, 2162, and 2164 Windsor Street in Halifax. The existing agreement permits a building with a store on the main floor and two dwelling units above. If the agreement is removed, any future development of the property would have to follow the rules of the Regional Centre Land Use By-law.
