Property owners, Bluenose Inn & Suites Ltd., is requesting a non-substantive amendment to an existing development agreement on lands located at 636 Bedford Highway, Halifax to allow a time extension to the commencement and completion of the development.
In 2017, North West Community Council approved a development agreement (Case 20747) to allow a nine (9) storey mixed use building at the above noted address (PIDs 41072778). The original development agreement required that construction begin prior to June 15, 2022. The property owner has requested to extend the construction commencement and completion dates by 5 years.
The application will be considered under the Non-Substantive Amendment to a Development Agreement.
