Lambie Construction Inc. is requesting a non-substantive amendment to an existing development agreement for lands at Evergreen Drive, Cole Harbour (PIDs 40414633 & 00389552). The requested amendment would extend the date of commencement required by the existing development agreement.
The existing development agreement allows a 16-unit townhouse development.
The existing development agreement requires construction on the Lands to commence by April 14, 2021. The applicant is requesting a two-year extension to this date (see Cole Harbour/Westphal Land Use By-law).
The application will be considered under the planning process for Non-Substantive Amendment to Development Agreements.
The application was approved following the public hearing on September 2, 2021.
Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning, or the Council of any adjoining municipality may, within fourteen days of the publishing of notice in the Chronicle Herald, appeal to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (902.424.4448) in accordance with the provisions of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.
