Application by LSJ Holdings Limited to discharge an existing development agreement permitting two child-care centres at 4 Grosvenor Road and 55 Kearney Lake Road, Halifax.
If the existing development agreement is discharged, development on these properties will be regulated by the development rules in the Halifax Mainland Land Use By-law.
The application will be considered under the Development Agreement Discharge process.
Municipal staff are completing a review of the application. No public information meeting will be held. Interested parties are invited to contact the Planner for additional information or to comment on the application.
The Halifax and West Community Council will decide whether to approve or deny the application based on the Halifax Municipal Planning Strategy. HWCC can approve the discharge by simple resolution and will not hold a public hearing.
The subject site is located in District 10 - Halifax – Bedford Basin West.
