Proposal
The applicant wishes to be able to build a street extension to Reginald Court to construct 17 single detached homes on individual lots.
The major details of the proposal are as follows:
• A proposed street extension of Reginald Court ending in a cul-de-sac
• 17 lots proposed (ranging from 558 sq/m to 946 sq/m in area)
• 17 single-family homes proposed on individual lots
• 1,482 sq/m of proposed Municipal Park Land
• 10,841 sq/m of proposed natural open space

The application will be considered under the Development Agreement process.
