Application by TEAL Architects + Planners Inc. to adjust the property boundaries for a previously approved development agreement for a 33-unit residential building at 216-218 Cobequid Road, Lower Sackville.
The applicant wishes to add a parcel of land with PID 41257940 to the area of land controlled by the existing development agreement. Property with PID 41257940 has an area of 1789.47 square feet and is located between 216-218 Cobequid Road and Glendale Drive. Adding PID 41257940 to the DA area would enable balconies on the north façade of the approved building, facing Glendale Drive.

All oral and written submissions will be considered at that time. This meeting will occur in a virtual setting and attending in person is not possible. Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, written submissions are welcomed and encouraged in advance of the hearing. These submissions are distributed to all Councillors and considered at the time of their decision. For individuals seeking to speak at the hearing, members of the public may contact the Municipal Clerk’s office no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022 to be added to the speaker's list to speak by telephone. We encourage all residents who have any desire to speak at the meeting to ask to have their name added to the list. Individuals who do not want to speak at a later time may ask to have their name removed from the speaker's list.

The North West Community Council (NWCC) will decide whether to approve or deny the application based on the policy criteria of the Sackville Municipal Planning Strategy. The subject site is located in District 15 (Lower Sackville).
