The applicant wishes to add a parcel of land with PID 41257940 to the area of land controlled by the existing development agreement. Property with PID 41257940 has an area of 1789.47 square feet and is located between 216-218 Cobequid Road and Glendale Drive. Adding PID 41257940 to the DA area would enable balconies on the north façade of the approved building, facing Glendale Drive.

The application is undergoing a detailed review by municipal staff. After these reviews are complete, the planner will write a draft amending agreement and a recommendation report for North West Community Council (NWCC).
NWCC will decide whether to approve or deny the application based on the policy criteria of the Sackville Municipal Planning Strategy.
The subject site is located in District 15 (Lower Sackville).
