East Coast Evergreen Development Inc. is applying to rezone 4510 Prospect Road, Bayside from I-3 (Local Service) to RRE-1 (Rural Residential E-1) to construct a single unit dwelling.
The applicant wishes to construct a single unit dwelling on the proposed site, which is currently a vacant lot. This is enabled under Policy RRE-2 of the Planning District 4 (Prospect) Municipal Planning Strategy.
The I-3 (Local Service) Zone permits a single unit dwelling but only in conjunction with other permitted I-3 uses, such as autobody shops, trade services, and wholesale bakeries. The applicant does not wish to have industrial uses at this location and wishes to construct a single unit dwelling only.

The application will be considered under the rezoning process.
