Request
Application by WM Fares Architects, on behalf of the property owner, requesting a non-substantive amendment to the existing Development Agreement applied to 60 Armstrong Court, Halifax, to increase the amount of surface parking.
Proposal
The Proposed Site Plan (provided below) outlines where the additional surface parking is requested to be approved.
The existing development agreement was approved by Community Council in 2020. For reference the existing agreement can be found below.
Process
The application will be considered under the non-substantive development agreement process.
Status
Currently, this application is at the review team stage of the process where the request is reviewed by municipal staff. As this is a non-substantive amendment, a public information meeting and a public hearing are not required. The decision on the amendment is made by the Development Officer. Interested parties are invited to contact the Planner for additional information or to comment on the application.
