An application by Zzap Consulting Inc., on behalf of the property owner, is requesting to enter into a development agreement to allow an addition to an existing multi-unit residential building located at 8 Birches Drive, Halifax.
The applicant wishes to renovate and expand an existing 17-unit dwelling at the subject site. The proposed development includes the following:
