Motion: 
That the Heritage Advisory Committee recommend that Regional Council:

1.    Set a date for a heritage hearing to consider the inclusion of the subject property in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality; and

2.    Approve the request to include 2319 Maynard Street, Halifax, in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality, as shown on Map 1 of the staff report dated April 22, 2026, as a municipal heritage property under the Heritage Property Act.

9.1.2 Case HRTG-2025-02221: Request to include 2315 Maynard Street, Halifax in the Registry of Heritage Properties for the Halifax Regional Municipality [PDF]

Motion: 
That the Heritage Advisory Committee recommend that Regional Council:

1.    Set a date for a heritage hearing to consider the inclusion of the subject property in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality; and

2.    Approve the request to include 2315 Maynard Street, Halifax, in the Registry of Heritage Property for the Halifax Regional Municipality, as shown on Map 1 of the staff report dated May 1, 2026, as a municipal heritage property under the Heritage Property Act.
