14.1.1 PLANAPP 2023-00656: Development Agreement for 400 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville [PDF]
Motion:
That North West Community Council:
1. Give notice of motion to consider the proposed development agreement, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated July 16, 2026, to develop two mixed-use buildings connected by an underground parking podium at 400 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville and schedule a public hearing;
2. Give First Reading to consider the proposed amendments to the Land Use By-law for Sackville Drive, as set out in Attachment D, to correct an inconsistency regarding maximum height restrictions and schedule a public hearing concurrently with that indicated in Recommendation 1.
14.1.2 PLANAPP 2023-01246: Request for additional time to sign the approved Development Agreement for a Conservation Design Development on Prospect Road (PID 00381715), Whites Lake [PDF]
Motion:
That North West Community Council require that the development agreement for PLANAPP 2023-01246 be signed by the property owner within 360 days (an extension of an additional 120 days from the original 240 days), or any extension thereof granted by Council on request of the property owner, from the date of final approval of said agreement by Council and any other bodies as necessary, including applicable appeal periods whichever is later; otherwise this approval shall be void and any obligations arising hereunder shall be at an end.
