That Halifax and West Community Council give First Reading to consider the proposed amendment to Schedule ZM-31: Plan Dutch Village Road Street Wall Height Map of the Land Use By-law for Halifax Mainland, as set out in Attachment A of the staff report dated May 27, 2026, and schedule a public hearing.
