Motion: 
That the Transportation Standing Committee receive the staff report dated June 17, 2026 for information and receive a presentation.
 
13.1.2 Non-Accepted Streets Phase 1 [PDF]
Motion: 
That the Transportation Standing Committee recommends Halifax Regional Council to:

1. Formally accept as public streets, the streets listed in Attachment 1 of the staff report dated June 25, 2026.

2. Direct staff to request a conveyance from the Province of Nova Scotia for the streets listed in Attachment 2, and subject to receipt of such a conveyance, formally accept as public streets, the streets listed in Attachment 2.

3. Place the private streets listed in Attachment 3 on the Private Road list.
