This form is used to apply for volunteer positions on the Halifax Regional Municipality's (HRM) Boards, Committees and Commissions. A list of Boards & Committees can be found here www.halifax.ca/boardscom/ those on which citizens may serve are marked with (C).

All applicants must be residents of the Halifax Regional Municipality.
By applying for any of these positions, the applicant consents to the public release of information submitted in support of their application in the event that they are appointed to a boards, committee, or commission.
Appointments will be made in accordance with the HRM Public Appointment Policy.
