Did you submit your permit application prior to December 15, 2020? If yes, then you will have continued access to the Contractor’s Desk account in Hansen until that permit is complete.
Did you submit your permit application after December 15, 2020? If yes, then you must use your customer account in the online Permitting, Planning, Licensing & Compliance System to access permit statuses, review inspections outcomes, and other important project information.
Please Note: The Hansen system and the Permitting, Planning, Licensing & Compliance system are completely separate. There is no way to share information between the systems. Contractor PINS from the contractor's desk cannot be used to create a contractor profile in the new system.
