A man faces charges after a drug search in Waverley last night.
Acting on information, investigators assigned to the Special Enforcement Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division arrested a man walking in the 600 block of Portland Street for possession for the purpose of trafficking at 7:40 p.m. He was found in possession of a significant quantity of marijuana with a street value of $210,000.
As a result of the arrest, investigators executed a search warrant on a residence located on Andrea Lynn Avenue in Waverley at 9:10 p.m. They seized quantities of cannabis marijuana and Oxycodone tablets as well as drug paraphernalia and ammunition.
Thirty-five-year-old Kendall Andrew Fralick of Waverley was scheduled to attend Dartmouth Provincial Court today charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of marijuana.
