Work will also take place at the following intersections:
- Joseph Howe Drive at the Atlantic Superstore entrance
- Joseph Howe Drive at Mumford Road
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists and pedestrians there will be intermittent traffic signal disruptions at various intersections in the region from Sunday, June 2 to Wednesday, June 5.
Crews will be installing LED lamps in the traffic signals at intersections between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. each night.
Drivers should be aware there will be some lane drops and interruptions to traffic flow as this work is completed. There will be at least one working traffic light in each direction at every intersection while these installations are underway.
Work will take place at the following intersections:
- Bedford Highway at Bayview Road, Flamingo Drive, Larry Uteck Boulevard, Moirs Mill Road, Rocky Lake Drive and Southgate Road
- Dutch Village Road at Joseph Howe Drive
- Hammonds Plains Road at Basinview Drive, Lucasville Road and Pockwock Road
- Joseph Howe Drive at Scot Street

La Municipalité régionale d’Halifax informe les automobilistes et les piétons qu’il y aura des interruptions intermittentes des feux de circulation à diverses intersections dans la région à partir du dimanche 2 juin au mercredi 5 juin.
Des équipes installeront des lumières DEL à diverses intersections entre 19 h et 6 h chaque nuit.
Les automobilistes doivent s’attendre à des fermetures de voie et à des interruptions à la circulation alors que ces travaux sont terminés. Il y aura au moins un feu de circulation qui fonctionnera dans chaque direction à toutes les intersections alors que les installations sont en cours.
Les travaux auront lieu aux intersections suivantes :
- Intersection de l’autoroute Bedford et du chemin Bayview, de la promenade Flamingo, du boulevard Larry Uteck, du chemin Moirs Mill, de la promenade Rocky Lake et du chemin Southgate
- Intersection du chemin Dutch Village et de la promenade Joseph Howe
- Intersection du chemin Hammonds Plains et de la promenade Basinview, du chemin Lucasville et du chemin Pockwock
- Intersection de la promenade Joseph Howe et de la rue Scot
