Is this you? You are kind to others, but mean to yourself. You think that all bodies are good bodies, except yours. You criticize yourself too much… and then criticize yourself for criticizing yourself too much.
You’re tired of beating yourself up, but you just don’t know what else to do. You’ve been mean to yourself for such a long time that it feels like you don’t even know how to be nice to yourself.
How To Stop Hating Yourself is exactly what it sounds like: a crash course in kicking your inner bully to the curb and learning ways to hate yourself a little bit less. And maybe even sorta kinda someday starting to like yourself.
- Learn about negative thinking styles, and identify the unhelpful thought patterns that impact you How to notice the voice of your inner bully, and how to begin separating that voice from your own.
- Learn about ways that you might be sabotaging yourself without even realizing it!
- Explore ways to become a better teammate to yourself, and brainstorm ways to practice these skills.
